February 3 - Friday 8pm Amy Sky and Marc Jordan Amy Sky is one of Canada's finest songwriting performers-with greats such as Reba McEntire, Anne Murray and Diana Ross all laying claim to her songs. She is also an actor, performing in the play Blood Brothers alongside Michael Burgess in both Toronto and New York.
Amy's husband, Marc, defies traditional music categorization-he is a singer, composer, and lyricist who has written for such luminaries as Cher, Joe Cocker and Amanda Marshall. He melds traditional jazz elements with poetic and thought-provoking lyrics. He is candid and funny, and audiences are drawn into the stories that preface his songs.
