Canada Day Celebrations
There will be plenty of fun for the entire family at Donald M. Gordon Chinguacousy Park from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. including: midway rides and games; a giant Canada Day cake; live music and entertainment as well as many other events. The celebration wraps up with a spectacular fireworks show set to music. Parking is $5 inside Chinguacousy Park, however space is limited. Brampton Transit will be providing free shuttle services to the park departing at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. from Shopper's World, Trinity Common and the Downtown Terminal. Shuttle services will also be available after the festivities at 10:45 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to these same terminals. In addition Brampton Transit will also provide statutory holiday service, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on 12 main routes. The Wonderland shuttle service runs from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
