NATIONAL WOMENS HOCKEY LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL GAME
The Toronto Aeros and the Montreal Axion will battle for the NWHL Championship Cup. Both CUPS are housed in the Hockey Hall of Fame, and will be brought to this game, by Phil Pritchard (HHOF). "I look forward to dropping the puck with Mr. Jim Gregory, Senior VP Hockey Operations NHL, representing Mr. Gary Bettman, Commissioner, NHL.", says NWHL Commissioner and Mayor of Brampton Susan Fennell. "This reflects the positive partnership between the NHL and the NWHL. This is the first time for the Stanley Cup to be in the City of Brampton!"
