September 27 - Thursday 8pm The Jim Cuddy Band Blue Rodeo singer/guitarist Jim Cuddy represents half of one of Canada's most celebrated songwriting partnerships. The frontman for that juggernaut of a country rock band is also one of the finest vocalists of his generation, with perfect pitch and a high clear tone that can swing from heart-piercing country balladry to dynamic blue-eyed soul.
Cuddy's The Light That Guides You Home (2006) is his second solo album.
A more deeply personal work for Cuddy than even his soulful Blue Rodeo output, The Light That Guides You Home draws much from the many and diverse musical influences that have shaped Cuddy as an artist over the years.
From the country-tinged, to the overtly pop to full-throttle rock and roll... Cuddy and company soar on The Light That Guides You Home and onstage.
And you'll be soaring too!
